Jeffrey Kee is an attorney and experienced business leader who brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to navigating complex legal, regulatory, and organizational challenges. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago, where he studied Law, Letters, and Society, and his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Health Law Journal and a Justice of the nationally recognized Moot Court program.  He was admitted to practice law in the state of Illinois in 2003.

Throughout his career, Jeffrey has worked at the intersection of law, business, and regulatory compliance, holding leadership roles with organizations including Aetna/CVS, CareFree Insurance Services, SXC Health Solutions / Catamaran, and most recently with the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. His experience addressing complex legal and regulatory matters and advising organizational leadership has strengthened his ability to analyze difficult issues, identify practical solutions, and help clients navigate uncertainty with confidence. He believes effective legal counsel requires more than technical knowledge; it requires listening carefully, understanding each client's unique circumstances and objectives, communicating clearly, and keeping the client's best interests at the forefront of every decision.
